Questions

FREQUENT

Things everyone asks about instrumental beats.
  • Can I use the beats for free?
Yes! As long as you give production credits in the DESCRIPTION of the song. And also, when using it, you can post ONLY on the YOUTUBE platform. Platforms that generate income such as spotfy, deezer, itunes, soundcloud (including aggregators such as onerpm and cdbaby) and all of the genre are prohibited by law. Failure to comply with this term will result in proceedings for copyright infringement.
  • What is the difference between beats in Mp3 and WAV?
The fact is that each second of MP3 music contains less information than each second of that same WAV music. But the exact amount of information per second - or bitrate - varies between MP3 files. It is the bit rate that is normally associated with the "quality" of an MP3 file. That is, songs in WAV format have better quality than in Mp3. Bass beats from a WAV will be much more defined and deeper, for example.
  • How long is the GOLD license valid for?
Forever! After purchasing a beat with a GOLD license, you acquire the production rights for yourself. You can use it however and wherever you want, launch it on any platform and even modify it if necessary. IMPORTANT: Even acquiring the rights to the GOLD license, you must still discriminate the production credits in the media you are going to disclose. The beat is yours, but the production was done at Toro Records.
  • What happens to inappropriate use of beats?
Our mission is to help artists who come into contact with our productions. That's why we make available the free download of the productions on the YouTube channel. However, the rules for free use of productions are as follows: ● Channel Instrumentals are for free and non-commercial use. ● It is FORBIDDEN to upload to digital platforms or distributors (Onerpm, Cdbaby, Spotify, Deezer, Itunes, etc.). For this, you must buy the beat to have the rights. ● If you use the instrumental you can post your music on Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and SoundCloud. If you do not place the credits due as mentioned above, we will file a request to remove the video/music from the platform that was posted. ● The improper use of the beats will be considered an infraction of LAW Nº 9.610, OF FEBRUARY 19, 1998, under penalty of prosecution for violation of copyright, with compensation
